General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Guests

  • Minimum: 6 guests
  • Maximum: 15 guests
  • The same menu applies to all guests, except in cases of allergies, food intolerances, or children’s menus.
  • Any allergy or dietary restriction must be communicated in advance.

2. Quotation

  • The quotation is issued after a meeting or email exchange.
  • Quotation validity: 1 month from the date of issue.
  • After this period, prices may be revised according to economic conditions.
  • A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation.

3. Balance

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than one week before the service date.

4. Cancellation

  • More than 1 month before the service: no charge.
  • Between 1 month and 1 week before the service: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Less than 1 week before the service: the full amount of the quotation is due as compensation.

5. Travel / Distance

Travel fees may apply:

  • Beyond 10 km from Courchevel.
  • If specific products must be purchased more than 20 km away.

6. Products

  • To ensure quality and freshness, menus may be adjusted according to market availability.
  • Fresh products are transported in insulated coolers to the service location.
  • Any uneaten food must be stored at a temperature below 4°C.
  • No liability may be claimed after the service provider’s departure, particularly in cases of improper storage.

7. Premises and Equipment

The client agrees to provide:

  • A clean, tidy, and fully functional kitchen.
  • Kitchen access at least 3 hours before the start of the meal.
  • A partially empty refrigerator for product storage.
  • An emptied dishwasher prior to the service.

8. Services Included

The service includes:

  • Time spent on grocery shopping.
  • Round-trip travel.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Table setting.
  • Service and clearing.
  • Cleaning and restoring the kitchen to its original condition (used areas only).

9. Advance Preparations

Certain preparations may be carried out in advance for technical or quality reasons (marinades, foie gras, desserts, temperature control, etc.).

10. Force Majeure

In the event of exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances (war, riots, demonstrations, death, impassable roads, extreme weather conditions, etc.), obligations may be suspended or cancelled without compensation.

11. Liability and Insurance

  • The client is solely responsible for any bodily injury and/or material damage caused by themselves or their guests during the service.
  • The client declares that they are covered by civil liability insurance and that the accommodation is insured.

12. Breakfast Delivery & Grocery Shopping (Optional)

  • Price per person, excluding grocery costs.
  • Groceries are subject to a 20% surcharge.
  • Products are transported in insulated coolers.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the Court of Bordeaux.

14. Prices

  • Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may be revised in the event of a substantial change in the client’s request or unforeseen constraints beyond the service provider’s control.

15. Payment Terms

  • Payments may be made by bank transfer, cash, or any other method accepted at the time the quotation is issued.
  • The service is only definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
  • In case of late payment, the service may be suspended or cancelled without compensation.

16. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

Validation of the quotation and/or payment of the deposit constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

17. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

18. Personal Data

  • Personal information collected is used solely for the management of quotations, services, and business relationships.
  • In accordance with applicable regulations, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data upon simple request.

19. Severability

If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid.

20. Applicable Version

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply from the date they are published on the website and may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of booking.
